Jason, the technician, was very professional in appearance and workmanship. Upon entrance he put the covers on his shoes. He was careful of the fireplace and surrounding area. He was courteous and answered any question that I might have. Considering all, I am sure he is a valid employee. We had a Heat and Glo Supreme insert installed in December. Alison at the store was great to work, answered all of my questions and arranged the pre-install and install dates. Jason was there at the appointed time for the pre-install to make sure there weren't any issues. Shane and Trevor did the install. Both were very professional, friendly and courteous. Their work was excellent. They had tarps spread all over the house to protect the carpet and furniture. After they finished you would not have known they had been there. Shane really knows his stuff and gave me a show and tell on the insert and the various options to set and we really like the remote. Thanks all for the great service!

We love our Supreme 130 gas insert! The help at the showroom fit our needs and coming to Jamestown to premeasure made sure there were no problems for installing the fireplace. What a great duo! The two gentlemen that worked on our house did an excellent job refitting our old fireplace. None of our stonework had to be altered. They did have to work hard to make this happen as it was a very tight fit. I would recommend Home & Hearth to anyone wanting to replace or install a new fireplace. Very professional.

I can’t say enough about Home and Hearth in Fargo and the amazing customer service and assistance we received. When we purchased a twin home in Grand Forks in 2006 it didn’t have a fireplace; we really wanted to have a gas one and only had one area in our living room that would work - it was a tight area. We contacted local vendors for suggestions/ideas and no suitable ones were offered. We began to think we were out of luck but decided to go out of the area to Fargo visiting Home and Hearth. WOW, are we glad we did! A Home & Hearth associate assisted us. After our initial visit and discussion we provided dimensions and photos to them via email and they provided us with super options. We worked together mainly over the phone or email. They helped us down to the detail of the wood to use for the mantel and hearth (to coordinate with the surroundings in our living area) and the ceramic/brick work for the surround to include putting us in touch with a subcontractor to do the installation of the tile. We couldn’t be happier with the project on how it turned out – the look of our home changed for the better with the installation of this Heat & Glo gas fireplace. After 4 years it still works as great as it did upon installation. From the salesperson, to the installation guys, to the subcontractors who did the wood work for the mantel/hearth and the ceramic tile we say THANK YOU!
